SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT (Posted 12/30/2008)The Sales &Marketing Assistant is an entry-level position designed to provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Departments. Duties include general research, clerical, and project based work. The ideal candidate projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects.
Plan and execute telemarketing campaigns to generate leads.
Coordinate with our marketing, sales, and technical groups to facilitate marketing functions (i.e. brochures, trade shows, etc.)
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: data entry, printing & binding, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Generate leads and marketing opportunities through research on the internet.
Support staff in assigned project based work, including but not limited to:
a. Contacting and qualifying leads
b. Updating prospect information
c. Competitive research and analysis
d. Correspondence to prospects and clients
In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required.
Minimum Ability, Skill & Knowledge Requirements:
Must have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.

Experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.

QA ANALYST (Posted 10/01/2008)The QA Analyst will be responsible for the test planning and execution for large application development. Responsibilities will include test planning, test execution, defect tracking and reporting, as well as development and maintenance of automated regression test scripts using Mercury QTP. As a member of the product management team the Lead QA Analyst will work with the operations and development teams to streamline, integrate, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Software Development Lifecycle and subsequent software quality deliverables to the user community, and assist in the determination of go, no-go product version rollouts based on quantitative assessments. 3 to 5 years of systems development and testing experience, with at least 3 years in a focused Quality Control and Test Planning role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Win 2000/XP, Word, Excel, Project; Must be an expert in Mercury Software Testing tools. Experience in vbscript, SQL Server or Oracle a big plus.
Required Skills: Mercury QTP, Requirements Traceability, Change Control, Status Reporting and presentation skills. Extensive testing of software applications both thick and web based. Written/Verbal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact in a team as well as leadership role/environment.
