Salt Lake City, UT— SIRE Technologies released its newest set of enhancements to its groundbreaking Agenda Plus™ product. Version 4.1.1 represents the latest advancements in SIRE’s ongoing pursuit of innovation excellence.

Agenda Plus streamlines and even automates many of the steps involved in creating, using and publishing agendas, which are a pivotal component to the legislative process.

Improved Retention Management: The legislation process frequently results in the creation of documents that are subject to retention schedules. SIRE Agenda Plus comes standard with the SIRE Record Retention Module, which makes it even easier and quicker for users to tag specific documents with their appropriate retention schedules – allowing them to comply with state and local regulations.
New SIRE Reporting Services: This easy-to-use tool gives users the ability to quickly run custom or standard reports giving them a host of useful information about the legislative process.
New Agenda Wrap-Up: SIRE eliminates the need to print documents when applying signatures. Signatures can now be applied electronically through Agenda Wrap-Up tool. In addition, users can assign documents a unique identifier allowing them to track individual documents, not just the agenda item associated with it.
New SIRE Launcher Application: In its quest to continually make things easier, SIRE has eliminated several mouse clicks and keystrokes required for users to access, revise and replace files.
Enhanced PDF Creation: The SIRE PDF Creation Service is now built atop the Neevia PDF Application, making for a faster and better quality creation of PDF Documents.
Streamlined Installation Process: Key to the success of any IT initiative is the installation and implementation processes. SIRE has enhanced the Installation Wizard to help further simplify and speed up the installation process. More than merely installing software on a server, the Wizard walks the user through their preferences.
Enhanced Forms Security: To further enhance usability and security, groups and individuals can now be directed to individual forms for completion.
Improved Auto-Indexing: As a pioneer in batch automated indexing, SIRE pushes the envelope even further by continuing to speed up its indexing processes. Unlike barcode scanning, SIRE offers the ability to recognize document type and automatically extract the necessary fields.
